Abstract:

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) is amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to align the enforcement provisions with the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 (ECRA) (title XVII, subtitle B of Pub. L. 115-232), including revising penalty guidelines and enforcement authority.
