Abstract:
The rule will implement requirements of section 1101(c) of the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013, Public Law 113-4. This law requires HHS to enact a final rule adopting national standards for the detection, prevention, reduction, and punishment of rape and sexual assault in facilities that maintain custody of unaccompanied alien children. |
