Title: Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program; Administrative Requirements for Financial Assistance  
Abstract:

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service administers more than 65 financial assistance programs and subprograms, in part or in whole.  Currently, administrative requirements are located in multiple Service rules, OMB regulations, Department and Service guidance, and interim policy.  This rule would consolidate application and performance reporting requirements.  This rule would simplify administration rules for recipients and streamline the award process and their understanding.  This rule is value-added to the Federal Government and increases transparency and understanding for State, local, and private award recipients.
