Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants: Reclassification of the American Burying Beetle | |
Abstract:
We will make a 12-month finding on a petition to delist the American burying beetle (Nicrophorus americanus), and if we determine that reclassification is warranted, we will proceed with rulemaking as appropriate. The American burying beetle occurs in Arkansas, Kansas, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Texas. |
