Title: ●Importation, Exportation, and Transportation of Wildlife, Shellfish, and Fishery Products; Importation and Exportation of Green Sea Urchins
Abstract: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes to amend our regulations regarding the importation and exportation of green sea urchins (Strongylocentrotus droebachiensis). We are issuing this proposed rule pursuant to the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, which includes a provision that directs the Secretary of the Interior to revise our regulations pertaining to green sea urchins taken in waters under the jurisdiction of the United States or green sea urchins that are imported into the United States for processing and exported for purposes of human or animal consumption.
