Abstract:
The Immigration and Nationality Act provides for the issuance of special immigrant visas for certain aliens who have been employed by, and performed faithful service for, the U.S. Government abroad for at least 15 years. This rule clarifies eligibility criteria for special immigrant status of such aliens and the application process for applicants. |
