Title: National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES): Applications and Program Updates Rule 
Abstract:

In 2018, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) promulgated a final rule on a subset of provisions in its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) regulations that the EPA proposed to update in 2016. The final rule updates the NPDES regulations to be more clear and effective, promotes submission of complete permit applications, and allows more timely development of NPDES permits.
