Title: Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program: Extension of Eligibility to Certain TRICARE-Eligible Individuals; Effective Date of Enrollment 
Abstract:

OPM is issuing a final rule to finalize the interim final rule that expanded eligibility for enrollment in the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) to additional groups. Section 715 of Public Law 114-328, expanded FEDVIP eligibility to certain TRICARE-eligible individuals (TEIs).
