Title: Regulation Crowdfunding Amendments 
Abstract:

As described in Release No. 33-9974  (Oct. 30, 2015) [80 FR 71387 (Nov. 16, 2015)], the Division staff will undertake to study and submit a report to the Commission on the impact of Regulation Crowdfunding on capital formation and investor protection.The Division is considering recommending that the Commission propose amendments to Regulation Crowdfunding to address any staff recommendations resulting from the staff’s report .
