Title: ●Exceptions for Official Agencies to Provide Service  
Abstract:

This proposed action would authorize the Agricultural Marketing Service to revise the regulations as a result of 2018 Farm Bill amendments to the U.S. Grain Standards Act. The revised regulations will allow designated official agencies to perform grain inspections outside their geographic areas under certain conditions.
