Title: Small Tracts--Threshold Value and Cat 6 
Abstract:

This rule would implement two amendments to the Small Tracts Act made by section 8621 of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018. These amendments are non-discretionary and leave no room for agency interpretation. The rule would increase the threshold value and the addition of category 6 authorizing conveyance of parcels used as a cemetery, a landfill or sewage treatment plant under a special use authorization
