Title: ●Restricting the Temporary Sojourn of Aircraft and Vessels to Cuba 
Abstract:

In this final rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) further limits the use of License Exception Aircraft, Vessels and Spacecraft for temporary sojourn to certain Cuba consistent with the President's Cuba policy.
