Abstract:

This final rule removes the Department of the Air Force’s regulation concerning how the Air Force recruits individuals into the Air Force Academy Preparatory School. The content of part 903 is not applicable to the public; it is outdated, and should be repealed. Current internal policy is contained in AFI 36-2019, United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) And USAFA Preparatory School Admissions And Appointment Process And Programs (25 May 2018), available at https://static.e-pubishing.af.mil. This removal supports a recommendation of the Regulatory Reform Task Force.
