Title: Army Cemeteries
Abstract: The Department of the Army finalized revisions regarding the development, operation, maintenance, and administration of the Army Cemeteries. The revisions included changes in management and a name change to the Army National Military Cemeteries. The rule also adopted modifications suggested by the Department of the Army Inspector General and approved by the Secretary of the Army, as well as implemented changes in interment eligibility due to statute. This revision supported a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
