Title: ●Trade Agreement Thresholds (DFARS Case 2019-D035) 
Abstract:

DoD is amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement changes in trade agreements threshold, to be published by the U.S. Trade Representative in the Federal Register, and effective January 1, 2020. The thresholds are subject to revision every two years, according to a pre-determined formula established under the agreements.
