Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the San Francisco Bay-Delta Distinct Population Segment of the Longfin Smelt | |
Abstract:
We will make a listing determination for the San Francisco Bay-Delta distinct population segment of the longfin smelt (Spirinchus thaleichthys) under the Endangered Species Act. This fish is found in California and is currently a candidate for listing. We will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable. |
