Abstract:
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will develop a proposed rule to implement Secretarial Order 3376, "Increasing Recreational Opportunities through the use of Electric Bikes." The Order directs the Service to develop a proposed rule to revise 50 CFR 25.12 and any associated regulations to be consistent with the Order, add a definition for e-bikes that is consistent with 15 U.S.C. 2085, and expressly exempt all e-bikes as defined in sec. 4a of the Order from falling under the definition of "off-road vehicle." |
