Title: Drug Testing by States for Purposes of Determining Unemployment Compensation Eligibility 
Abstract:

This final rule permits States to drug test unemployment compensation applicants for whom suitable work is available only in an occupation that regularly conducts drug testing as a requirement for obtaining or maintaining employment and to identify such occupations.
