Abstract:
In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. sec. 552a, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) proposes to issue a DHS system of records titled, DHS/FEMA Office of Professional Responsibility System of Records. This system of records will allow DHS/FEMA to administer its Office of Professional Responsibility Program ensuring employee misconduct issues are reported, investigated, and addressed. |
