Title: Test Procedures for Commercial Refrigeration Equipment 
Abstract:

This rulemaking notice proposes amending the current DOE test procedures for commercial refrigeration equipment to remedy certain errors DOE has identified in the instructions for determining total display area for this equipment (TDA).  Neither the errors nor the corrections addressed by this rule will affect the substance of the current test procedure final rule and the current final rule establishing energy conservation standards for commercial refrigeration equipment.
