Title: ●National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Chemical Recovery Combustion Sources at Kraft, Soda, Sulfite, and Stand-Alone Semichemical Pulp Mills Amendments 
Abstract:

This direct final rule action addresses issues that arose during implementation of the amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants as a result of the Agency's residual risk and technology review. These amendments address monitoring and testing requirements. The Agency intends to complete these amendments before the October 11, 2019, compliance deadline.
