Title: System Safety and Risk Reduction Program
Abstract: This NPRM proposes to amend FRA's System Safety Program (SSP) rule in response to various petitions for reconsideration, to adjust the SSP rule's compliance dates to account for the stay of the rule's effective date, and to clarify that the rule's information protections apply to the Confidential Close Call Reporting System (C3RS) program. The NPRM also provides notice of possible conforming amendments to a Risk Reduction Program (RRP) final rule.
