Title: Federal Housing Administration (FHA): Single-Family Loan Sale Program; Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and Request for Public Comment (FR-6051-A-01)  
Abstract:

This proposed rule seeks public comment on the transition from HUD’s loan sales under demonstration and general disposition authority to a permanent regulatory program. FHA will consider the comments submitted in developing a permanent program for assigning defaulted Single-Family mortgage loans to FHA and disposing of the assigned loans through loan sales.
