Title: ●Implement 2020 Harvest Specifications and Management Measures for Pacific Whiting, Shortbelly Rockfish and Cowcod, and Establish the 2020 Pacific Whiting Interim Tribal Allocation 
Abstract:

NMFS is preparing a proposed rule that would establish the 2020 annual U.S. Total Allowable Catch of Pacific whiting, allocations for the tribal and non-tribal fisheries, as well as a set-aside for research and bycatch. The proposed rule would also establish 2020 harvest specifications for Pacific coast cowcod and shortbelly rockfish. The specifications and management measures that would be implemented by this action would be in effect in time for the Pacific Whiting fishery that opens May 15, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
