Title: ●Mitigating Risks Related to Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (DFARS Case 2020-D019) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement section 847 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020, to enhance the process for assessing and mitigating risks related to foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI). Section 847 requires new DFARS clauses providing for and enforcing changes in FOCI or beneficial ownership during performance of the contract or subcontract.
