Abstract:

This action removes the DoD regulation at 32 CFR 204 that was last revised on May 1, 2008 (73 FR 23954). It has been determined that this rule duplicates internal guidance found in DoD Financial Management Regulation (DoD FMR) volume 11A, chapter 4, "User Fees," available at https://comptroller.defense.gov/FMR.aspx. The removal of 32 CFR part 204 supports a recommendation from the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
