Abstract:

This final rule implements provisions of the Medicaid statute pertaining to Medicaid eligibility and appeals. This rule continues our efforts to provide guidance to assist States in implementing Medicaid and CHIP eligibility, appeals, and enrollment changes required by the Affordable Care Act.
