Title: ●Rescinding Certain Provisions of the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act 
Abstract:

This final rule rescinds the provisions regarding the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act (FOGRMA) from 30 CFR part 550, subpart N, because responsibility for those provisions was transferred to the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) in 2010 by Secretary’s Order 3299 and subsequent delegation changes to the Department Manual.
