Title: ●Civil Penalties; 2021 Inflation Adjustments for Civil Monetary Penalties 
Abstract:

This final rule will adjust for inflation the amount of civil penalties imposed for violations of Indian Affairs' regulations. The inflation adjustments have been directed under the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements of 2015 and the adjustment amount is determined pursuant to Office of Management and Budget guidance.
