Title: ●Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention; Minimum Standards of Character | |
Abstract:
This rule updates the minimum standards of character to ensure that individuals having regular contact with or control over Indian children have not been convicted of certain types of crimes or acted in a manner that placed others at risk. These regulatory updates reflect statutory updates made by Congress to the list of crimes through amendments to the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act. |
