Title: ●Address Validation When Filing Form EOIR-33 
Abstract:

This final rule amends the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) regulations to provide instructions to the immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals for validating an alien’s address when filing a Form EOIR-33 (Alien’s Change of Address/Phone Number Form). The agency seeks to ensure that when aliens submit a change of address form, they provide an address at which they can be contacted.
