Abstract:
In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. sec. 552a, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) proposes to issue a DHS system of records titled, DHS/FEMA Fraud & Internal Investigations System of Records. The purpose of this system is to permit the collection, maintenance, and sharing of records related to investigations conducted by the FEMA Investigations and Inspections Division (FIID). |
