Abstract:

This proposed rule would revise Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) regulations related to voluntary agreements under section 708 of the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended. These revisions would update the standards and procedures for developing and carrying out voluntary agreements and plans of action and reflect amendments to relevant authorities.
