Title: ●Implementation of Title VI Executive Order 13899 on Combating Anti-Semitism 
Abstract:

The Department will issue a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to amend its regulations implementing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq., in response to Executive Order (EO) 13899 on Combating Anti-Semitism, signed on December 11, 2019.  The proposed regulations would implement EO 13899 and address enforcement by the Department’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) of Title VI in cases involving anti-Semitism.
