Title: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Chemical Recovery Combustion Sources at Kraft, Soda, Sulfite, and Stand-Alone Semichemical Pulp Mills; NSPS for Kraft Pulp Mill Sources 
Abstract:

This action applies to facilities that produce chemical pulp and utilize dynamic or low energy entrainment smelt dissolving tank (SDT) scrubbers. These amendments clarify how to set operating limits for SDTs and correct cross-reference errors discovered during implementation of the amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants as a result of the agency's residual risk and technology review.
