Abstract:
This rulemaking would implement the 2017 ICAO Airplane CO2 Emissions Certification Standard concurrently with EPA rulemaking schedule. It would also provide DOT/FAA with primary responsibility over the implementation and enforcement of the 2017 ICAO Airplane CO2 Emissions Certification Standard. |
