Title: Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance--Traumatic Injury Protection Amendment 
Abstract:

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to amend its regulations governing the Servicemembers’ Group Life Insurance Traumatic Injury Protection (TSGLI) program to modify certain losses covered under the program and to define relevant terms. This rulemaking also reorganizes existing provisions.
