Abstract:

The EDGAR Business Office is considering recommending that the Commission propose amendments to the rules under Regulation S-T, General Rules and Regulations for Electronic Filings, that would specify several actions the Commission may take in its administration of the Electronic Data Gathering Analysis and Retrieval system (EDGAR) to better protect the integrity of filings made through EDGAR.
