Title: Policies and Procedures for the Protection of Proprietary Information Proposed for Release to Foreign Governments 
Abstract:

This final rule will remove 32 CFR part 744 because it is duplicative of content in the DoD rule at 32 CFR part 264, "International Interchange of Patent Rights and Technical Information."  This removal supports a recommendation of the DoD Regulatory Reform Task Force.
