Title: Medicare, Medicaid and Health Insurance Exchanges Program Integrity; Modernizing State Payment of Medicare Premiums (CMS-6084) 
Abstract:

Under Executive Order 13890, Protecting and Improving Medicare for Our Nation's Seniors, this rule proposes regulatory changes to protect beneficiaries and taxpayers. The efforts to detect and prevent, fraud, waste, and abuse outlined in this rule include proposed changes to Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment and administrative actions, program integrity requirements for Medicare Advantage, and changes to certain documentation requirements. This rule also includes several proposals to modernize state payment of Medicare premiums.
