Title: ●CY 2022 Home Health Prospective Payment System Rate Update, Home Infusion Therapy Services, and Quality Reporting Requirements (CMS-1747) 
Abstract:

This annual proposed rule would update the home health prospective payment system payment rates and wage index.  This rule would also update the home infusions therapy services payment rates. In addition, this rule proposes changes to the Home Health Value-Based Purchasing Model and to the Home Health Quality Reporting Program.
