Title: Great Smoky Mountains National Park; Bicycling 
Abstract:

This rule would designate approximately 12.5 miles of trails in Great Smoky Mountains National Park for mountain bicycle use. NPS regulations require promulgation of a special regulation to designate new trails for bicycle use off park roads and outside developed areas.
