Abstract:
The Secretary plans to amend regulations containing the title IV, HEA program assistance student eligibility requirements for students who are not high school graduates. The Secretary also plans to rescind 34 CFR 668.156(b)(1) and (h). These changes are required to conform the regulations to changes made by P.L. 112-74 and P.L. 113-325 to the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended. |
