Title: ●Reporting and Recordkeeping for Perfluoroalkyl or Polyfluoroalkyl Substances Under Section 8(a)(7) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) 
Abstract:

On December 20, 2019, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (NDAA) was signed into law. Among other provisions, section 7351 amends section 8(a) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to include a one-time reporting event of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) manufactured (including imported) after January 1, 2011.
