Title: Amendments to the Commission's Rules of Practice | |
Abstract:
The Office of the General Counsel is considering recommending that the Commission adopt amendments to its Rules of Practice to require persons involved in administrative proceedings to submit all documents and other items electronically. The Commission currently is developing a comprehensive Internet-based electronic system that would, among other things, allow participants in administrative proceedings to file and serve papers electronically and facilitate the prompt distribution of public information regarding administrative proceedings. |
