Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to update the procedures related to excess personal property and remove obsolete requirements. Specifically, the procedures for obtaining information on available excess personal property will be updated to reflect current processes and sources.
