Title: Licensing of Government Inventions in the Custody of the Department of the Navy 
Abstract:

This action removes a final rule last published December 22, 1976 (41 FR 55712), as it is inconsistent with the Department of Commerce regulation codified in 37 CFR part 404 regulating licensing of government-owned inventions by all federal agencies. The rule removes outdated and unnecessary information from the Code of Federal Regulations.
