Title: ●Medicaid Managed Care Risk-Sharing Mechanisms (CMS-2443) | |
Abstract:
On November 13, 2020, CMS finalized Medicaid managed care rulemaking that prohibited States from adding or modifying risk-sharing arrangements after a contract rating period had begun, including a risk mitigation arrangement. This rule proposes to apply the prohibition on adding or modifying a risk mitigation arrangement after the start of the rating period, to prospective Medicaid managed care contract rating periods. |
