Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removing the Inyo California Towhee From the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife
Abstract:

We will make a final determination on our proposal to delist Inyo California towhee  (Pipilo crissalis eremophilus =Melozone crissalis eremophilus) because conservation efforts have led to the species’ recovery. The Inyo California towhee is found in California.
