Abstract:
The Department of Justice amended regulations to expand the permissible means of federal execution by authorizing any manner permitted by relevant State law, and permitting the use of State and local facilities and personnel in federal executions, and to make other, technical amendments. The Department is now reevaluating and reconsidering revisions to 28 CFR part 26. (See RIN 1105-AB65). |
